Harmonizing Labor Regulations After the Job Creation Law

Law No. 6 of 2023 on the Enactment of the Job Creation Government Regulation in Lieu of Law amended a number of provisions in Law No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower, including the rules on severance pay, outsourcing, and fixed-term employment contracts.
